The use of editmeet is subject to the following terms of use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”). editmeet.com reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time or to impose new conditions without notice to the User. The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless editmeet from and against all damages, losses, liabilities, costs, charges and expenses, including any legal fees and expenses, that may be incurred or suffered by editmeet or for which the latter received a payment request, that would not have been incurred or suffered or requested if the User had fulfill the obligations undertaken upon entering into these Terms of Use. The User further undertakes to fully indemnify and hold harmless editmeet from and against all damages, losses, liabilities, costs, charges and expenses, including legal fees and expenses that may be incurred or suffered by editmeet or for which the latter received a payment request, in any case related to the mailing of information contained in the User’s messages, also in the event of damages claims raised by third parties for any reason whatsoever.

editmeet may advertise third-party linked websites from which the User may purchase or otherwise obtain certain sample goods, freebie offerings or free trial services. The User understand that editmeet does not operate or control the products, free offerings or services offered by third-party linked websites. Third-party linked websites are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfilment, billing and customer service. editmeet is not a party to the transactions entered into between User and third-party linked websites. User agree that use of such third-party linked websites is at User sole risk and is without warranties of any kind by editmeet, expressed, implied or otherwise.   1. Ownership of the data related to the User’s use of editmeet
As agreed between the Parties, editmeet is authorized to process and store for statistical, legal and quality analysis all data deriving from User’s use of editmeet.com. editmeet has the right to use and diffuse, only in aggregate form, the results of these analyses deriving from User’s use of editmeet.com. editmeet, as owner of these aggregated data, will take care to assure the full anonymization of the analysed data to avoid any processing and diffusion or communication of personal data of the User. On its part the User expressly authorizes editmeet to use the above mentioned data in order to contribute to the effective improvement of the functioning of the editmeet.com or to allow the production of statistical information that may be published by editmeet in aggregate form. editmeet reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
  1. Storing and cancellation of the User’s data
editmeet undertakes not to transfer or make available to third parties the contents of the messages and the addresses of the recipients of the messages sent by the User through editmeet, whether in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently; not to use the same in any manner whatsoever except for statistical purposes and to improve editmeet; not to keep a copy of the same, except the copy that is essential for the functioning of editmeet and in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
Upon the expiry of 12 (twelve) months from the date of mailing, editmeet will cancel all the recipient addresses and content stored on behalf of the User.
  1. Miscellaneous
This Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between editmeet and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
User comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in connection with its activities pursuant to this Terms of Use.
If any provision of this Terms of Use is void or unenforceable at law, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
This Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. User agrees that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning the validity, effectiveness, interpretation and performance of this Terms of Use.

If we decide to change this Terms of Use, we will post those changes on these Websites. This Terms of Use was last modified on February 24, 2018.
